The New York Conduct of Bingo Games, Amendment 4, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 4, was on the ballot in New York on November 5, 1957, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure authorized the "conduct of bingo games by certain organizations under state regulation and local government supervision."[1]
