The New York Constitutional Amendment, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 7, 1876, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure was related to an amendment to section 4 of article 5 of the constitution.[1]
