My first key message is that we need to fix our educational system. Oregon is in the bottom when it comes to academic excellence. Graduation rates keep falling and the standards as well. Our children are in a mental health crisis which has only been exacerbated by the lockdowns and covid restrictions. I am running to support open enrollment/choice and money following the students. I will also firmly stand against the progressive left’s agendas being pushed in our curriculum and school culture under the guise of diversity, equity inclusion and justice-CRT, which is just racism by another name. Where is all the money going that could be helping these people?! What are the plans and where are the facilities that were supposed to help folks with hard drugs?! And with law enforcement in budget and workforce shortages, how will they be able to make sure our citizens are safe? We as in

The areas of public policy that I am personally most passionate about are education, healthcare, and our state economy.
