Patricia J. Kerrigan was the judge for the 190th Judicial District Court in Texas. She was first appointed in 2007, and she retired from the bench on October 31, 2017.[1][2]

Kerrigan earned a B.S.N. from Boston University, and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.[1]

Prior to joining the court, Kerrigan was a partner with the law firms Werner, Kerrigan & Ayers, LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.[1]

Primary: She ran unopposed in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014.
General: She defeated Farrah Martinez in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 55.6 percent of the vote. [3][4]

Kerrigan defeated Democrat Olan Boudreaux for the 190th District Court in the general election, winning 57.4% of the vote.[5]
