Patrick J. Ryan (Oklahoma)
Patrick Ryan is a former member of the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Council, representing Ward 8. He was first elected to the council in 2005.[1] His term ended in 2015 and he did not seek re-election.[2]
Biography
Ryan holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Oklahoma. His professional experience includes owning Proflight Aviation Services and working as the CEO of Laser Eye Network, Inc. 2001 and as a consultant to St. Anthony Hospital.[1]
