Paul Bowman (Maryland)
Paul M. Bowman was a county administrative judge of the Second Circuit Court for Kent County in Maryland. He retired from the bench in July 2017, after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70.[1]
Biography
Bowman earned a B.A. in political science from East Carolina University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. His professional experience includes work as an attorney for the boards of zoning appeals of Kent County and Galena, a court examiner for the Kent County Circuit Court, a member of the Attorney Grievance Commission and the Kent County Ethics Commission, and an attorney in private practice.[2]

Bowman was re-elected to the Second Circuit Court with 99.37% of the vote in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3][4]
