Paul Pipkin
Paul Pipkin was a 2016 Green Party candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 20th Congressional District of Texas.[1]
Pipkin was a 2014 candidate for the Bexar County Court in Texas.[2]

Heading into the election, Ballotpedia rated this race as safely Democratic. Incumbent Joaquin Castro (D) defeated Paul Pipkin (G) and Jeffrey Blunt (L) in the general election on November 8, 2016. Castro faced no opposition in the Democratic primary on March 1, 2016. No Republican candidates filed to run in the race.[3][4]

General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 1.3 percent of the vote. He competed against Nelson W. Wolff, Rhett Rosenquest Smith and Carlton Soules.
