The Portsmouth-Kittery Bridge Compact is an interstate compact between Maine and New Hampshire. The compact established an authority to create a bridge connecting the two states. The compact also has congressional consent.[1]

The legislature of each member state passes the laws with certain modifications, but the core of the legislation remains the same.[2]
