R. Douglas Holt was the presiding judge for the Graham County Superior Court in Arizona. He joined the court in 1998.[1][2] Holt announced his retirement in May 2015, which was effective August 31, 2015.[3]
Education
Holt earned his B.A. from the University of Utah and his J.D. from the University of Arizona Law School.[4]
