Rachel E. Hershfang is a judge of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She assumed office in 2021.

Gov. Charlie Baker (R) nominated Hershfang to the court on July 21, 2021, to replace Dalila Wendlandt.[1] The Governor's Council confirmed the nomination on August 18, 2021.[2]

Education

Hershfang received her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in 1989 and her master's degree from the University of Chicago in 1992. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 1995.[1]
