Ray W. Dezern, Jr. is a former district court judge for the 4th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge from 1995 until his retirement from the court on December 27, 2013.[2]

Education

Dezern received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.[3]
