Rena Scott is a judge for the San Juan County Magistrate Court in San Juan County, New Mexico. She was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, for a term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2018.[1]

Scott ran for election to the San Juan County Magistrate Court.
Primary: She was successful in the Republican primary on June 3, 2014, receiving 60.8 percent of the vote. She competed against George Waybenais.
General: She defeated Matthew D. Tso in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 67.0 percent of the vote. [1][2] 

Education

Scott received both her bachelor's and master's degrees from New Mexico Highlands University. She also received two associate degrees from San Juan College.[3]
