Robert C. Bollinger is a circuit judge on the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] Bollinger was appointed an associate judge by the Sixth Judicial Circuit's circuit judges in 2008 and was re-appointed for a four-year term that began on July 1, 2011.[2] He was elected as a circuit judge to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Katherine M. McCarthy.[3][4] He was sworn into office as resident circuit judge of Macon County, Illinois, on December 1, 2014.
