Ronald Lewis Napier is a district court judge for the 26th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since July 1, 2006.[2]
Education
Napier received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Washington and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[3]
