Ronald Slemer

Ronald Slemer is an associate judge of the Third Circuit Court in Illinois. He was appointed to the bench on August 30, 2013, to fill the vacancy created when James Hackett was appointed circuit judge.[1] Slemer was reappointed in 2015 and 2019.[2][3]
Education
Slemer earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1976. He went on to receive his J.D. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1980.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment in 2013, Slemer was an attorney in Edwardsville, Illinois and a part-time Madison County public defender.[1]
