Ronnie Martinez was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 29 of the New Mexico House of Representatives.[1] He ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2014.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 4, 2014. David Adkins defeated incumbent Thomas Anderson in the Republican primary, while Ronnie Martinez was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Adkins defeated Martinez in the general election.[7][8]
