S. Ann Brobst

Shirley Ann Brobst was a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland.[1] She served as a judge on the court from December 16, 2009 until her death on December 17, 2012.[2]
Education
Brobst received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1975 and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1978.[3]
