A Schoolcraft County Jail Operations Levy measure was on the February 22, 2011 ballot in Schoolcraft County.

This measure would have only been enacted if the County Bond measure is also approved. It would have added a levy of .5 mills to the current county property tax rate in order to help pay for operational and maintenance costs of the jail. It would have been in place for 20 years, the same time as the repayment of the bond.[2]
