April 1, 2019: Seventy percent (70%) of American adults rate their own health insurance coverage as good or excellent. Twenty-one percent (21%) rate their own coverage as just fair, and 8% say it’s poor.[1]
A ScottRasmussen.com national survey also found that 75% rate the medical care they receive as good or excellent. On that topic, 21% say fair and 4% poor.
Despite being generally pleased with their own circumstances, only 36% rate the U.S. healthcare system as good or excellent. Twenty-four percent (24%) give our healthcare system poor marks.
