A Napolitan News Service national survey conducted by RMG Research found 15% say their cost will increase a little, 7% say decrease a little, 3% say decrease a lot, and 30% say no impact.
The survey also found that 71% say the level of annual income that is appropriate for a family of four to receive federal healthcare subsidies should be under $100,000, including 31% who say such subsidies should only be available to those making less than $35,000.
Methodology
The survey of 1,000 registered voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on October 27-28, 2025. Fieldwork for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. Certain quotas were applied, and the sample was lightly weighted by geography, gender, age, race, education, internet usage, and political party to reasonably reflect the nation’s population of Registered Voters. Other variables were reviewed to ensure that the final sample is representative of that population. The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/- 3.1 percentage points.
Scott Rasmussen is the president of RMG Research, Inc. and founder of the Napolitan Institute.
