Signa Oliver earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in 1990 and a law degree from the Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1994.[1]

US Army veteran; currently Vice President, People & Culture for privately held company.- Public Schools need to be overfunded to repair the damage of years of underfunding to provide the students, educators and administrators with the resource necessary for a quality public education.
