Foster ran in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 25. He and Bill Griffith were defeated by Melissa Rooker in the August 7 Republican primary. Megan England defeated Scott Gregory in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
