Ted Hamer was a resident judge of the Fourteenth Circuit of Illinois.[1] He was retained in 2008.[2] Hamer retired from the court on December 31, 2013.[3]
Education
Hamer earned a B.S. from Illinois State University, going on to receive his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the practice in 1981.[4]
