Teddy L. Hartley
Teddy L. Hartley was a district court judge in the Ninth Judicial District of New Mexico.[1] He was elected to the court in 2004 and retired on July 1, 2013.[2][3]
Education
Hartley earned his undergraduate degree and law degree from Baylor University.[2]
Career
Before serving as a judge on the Ninth Judicial District, Hartley practiced commercial, insurance and administrative law.[2]
