A Tehama County Supervisor Vacancy Filling Procedure Question, Measure C was on the June 3, 2014 election ballot for voters in Tehama County, California, where it was approved.

This measure amended the Tehama County Charter to establish that any vacancies in the Tehama County Board of Supervisors are to be filled through an appointment from the remaining supervisors within 90 days of the vacancy, rather than through an appointment by the California Governor, as was prescribed by state law, which was in effect for the County of Tehama due to its charter's lack of an alternative procedure.[1]

The most recent County Board vacancy happened when Supervisor George Russell died on September 26, 2012. Governor Jerry Brown appointed current Supervisor Sandy Bruce to fill the vacancy.[1][2]
