Terry Sullivan (Arkansas)
Terry Sullivan is the Division 3 judge of the Fifteenth Circuit of Arkansas. Governor Mike Huckabee appointed him to the seat in 2003.[1][2][3] Sullivan won re-election to the court on May 20, 2014, and his term will expire in 2020.[4][5]

Sullivan ran for re-election to the Fifteenth Circuit.
General: He defeated Betsy Danielson in the general election on May 20, 2014, receiving 58.8 percent of the vote.

Education
Sullivan received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas Tech University. He earned his J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law.[3][6]
Career
Before becoming a circuit court judge, Sullivan practiced law for 26 years and had a private practice in Danville. He was also a Fifteenth Circuit chief deputy prosecutor and a city attorney for Danville, Ola, Belleville and Havana. He was admitted to the bar in 1976.[3][6]
