Terry Sullivan is the Division 3 judge of the Fifteenth Circuit of Arkansas. Governor Mike Huckabee appointed him to the seat in 2003.[1][2][3] Sullivan won re-election to the court on May 20, 2014, and his term will expire in 2020.[4][5]

General: He defeated Betsy Danielson in the general election on May 20, 2014, receiving 58.8 percent of the vote. [4][5]

Education

Sullivan received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas Tech University. He earned his J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law.[3][6]

Career

Before becoming a circuit court judge, Sullivan practiced law for 26 years and had a private practice in Danville. He was also a Fifteenth Circuit chief deputy prosecutor and a city attorney for Danville, Ola, Belleville and Havana. He was admitted to the bar in 1976.[3][6]
