Tim Lapham is a judge for the Austin County Court in Austin County, Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Lapham ran for election to the Austin County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 31.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Clyde Drake, Tommy Johnson, Abel A. Pena, Jr., Nick Tirey and John F. Graham.
Runoff: Because no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, Lapham faced Graham in a runoff election on May 27, 2014. He won, earning 50.1% of the votes cast.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 4, 2014.
