Timothy J. Rutkowski was a 2014 candidate for the 52nd Circuit Court in Michigan.[1]

Rutkowski ran for election to the 52nd Circuit Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 39.9 percent of the vote. He competed against Gerald M. Prill and Jill L. Schmidt.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 46 percent of the vote. He competed against Gerald M. Prill.

Education
Rutkowski received a bachelor's degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 1989 and a J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1994.[3]
Career
Rutkowski has been the Huron County prosecutor since 2009.[3]
