- We need to show our teachers and the supporting staff by our actions, by giving them top competitive pay. We should show support by how we speak about their worth, that they are truly valued. Their concerns need to be heard and taken seriously.
- We need to continue to commit to increasing our students test scores so that our graduation rates will continue to increase as a result of our commitment. Focusing on the STEM, such as the quality of curriculum materials, specialist or tutoring supports and class size.
This allows me to effectively represent their interests and then can work together towards positive changes.
