A Township School District Bond Measure was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the Township school district area which is in Lake County.

This measure was defeated

  • YES 6,864 (43.52%)
  • NO 8,909 (56.48%)Defeatedd[1]

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $133 million in order to be used for upgrading the safety needs of the schools, making renovations to facilities as needed and renovate and repair buildings in the district as well.[2] Highland Park and Deerfield high schools would have been the main schools which would have benefited from this bond measure.[3]
