Utah Campaign Limitations Initiative, also known as the Anti-Bribery Initiative, did not appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Utah as an initiated state statute. The measure would have enacted limits on campaign donations for all candidates.

According to the application filed with the Utah Secretary of State, the initiative title and description read as follows:[1]

General Description: This initiative prohibits using campaign funds for personal use, and enacts limits and restrictions on campaign donations for all candidates for an office of public trust in the state of Utah.

Highlighted Provisions:
This initiative:

  1. prohibits use of campaign funds for any use that does not directly benefit the political campaign of the political candidate, and
  2. enacts limits on campaign donations for all candidates for an office of public trust in the State of Utah, and
  3. prohibits political donations from business entities and Unions.

In order to qualify for the ballot, the measure's supporters were required to collect 94,552 signatures by April 15, 2010. As of June 30 no initiatives have qualified for the 2010 statewide ballot.
