V. Blake McKinney is a district court judge for the 28th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in May 2012 for a six-year term that commenced on July 1, 2012 and expires in 2018.[2]
Education
McKinney received his undergraduate degree from Emory and Henry College and his J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law.[3]
