Will Feland
Will Feland was the Division 2 circuit judge of the Twenty-Third Circuit of Arkansas. Governor Mike Beebe appointed him to the bench in November of 2012 for a term that expired on December 31, 2014.[1][2]
Education
Feland attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville for his undergraduate education, majoring in accounting and agriculture. He earned his J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1978. He is also a licensed as a public accountant. In 2003, Feland earned a master of divinity degree.[3]
