William J. Smith, Jr. was a judge on the Orphans Court of Wicomico County in Maryland.[1] He served from 2002 to 2014.[2]

2010 election

Smith was re-elected (along with incumbents Norma Lee Barkley and Melissa Pollitt Bright) in the general election on November 2, 2010. He received 28.30% of the vote.[3][4]
