A Wixom City Municipal Operating Levy Levy Increase proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Oakland County, which is in Michigan, where it was approved.

“ | Shall Section 9.2 of the Charter of the City of Wixom, Oakland County, Michigan, be amended so as to permit the levy by the City, beginning July 2013, of a new dedicated millage in an amount of 3.5 mills (which is equal to $3.50 on each $1,000 of taxable value) for four (4) years to provide funds for municipal operating purposes including police and fire, public works, and parks & recreation?[1][2] | ” |
