Not on ballot

The Arizona Public Employee Pension Initiative did not appear on the November 2014 general election ballot in the state of Arizona as an initiated state statute. The measure would have limited the annual budget growth of city and county budgets until their existing pension funding was at 80 percent of all future payment obligations. The measure would also have eliminated any pension benefits for any elected official not already in office.[1]
