Chuck grew up in South St. Louis, Missouri where he received his degree in Economics from St. Louis University. He grew up poor but never counted out; during a time when equity was not even a notion. He worked hard to get a college education, raise his children as a single father, and build a family and life that anyone would be proud of. Chuck moved to the Bay Area to give his children an opportunity to experience a more level playing field. He believes that where we start should never dictate where we end up, fairness is required for each and every one of us to thrive. Chuck wants to make certain that the same level of fairness is extended to all water customers. Everyone has a right to safe, clean, and affordable water.
  • Innovative use of eMeters, desalination, water reuse, creation, and storage.
  • Keep Valley Water accountable for preventing floods and improving water quality.
  • An honest Valley Water Board that acts in the public’s best interest. No more deceptive ballot measures.
I'm not a politician, I'm an environmentalist and concerned citizen who can bring years of deep caring for our environment and protection of special places like the Coyote Valley. I am a strategist and economist that can bring many years of professional experience to solve problems that plague our water systems. I will work my hardest to:

Create productive relationships with our water providers to expand water reuse to meet our needs now and into the future.
Hold Valley Water accountable to keep its commitment to manage flood hazards and the quality of the water in our streams.

Create an action driven and transparent Valley Water Board that tells us the truth and acts in our best interest.
