David S. Forrest is a judge of the circuit courts in New Hampshire. He was nominated on December 19, 2013 by Governor Maggie Hassan.[1] He was confirmed by the Executive Council for a term that began on January 15, 2014 and ends when he reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.[2] Edwin W. Kelly, administrative judge for the New Hampshire Circuit Courts will determine where he will be assigned.[3][4]

Forrest earned an undergraduate degree from University of Florida. He was awarded a J.D. from Western New England College, School of Law.[1]
