Thomas J. Ortbal was an associate judge on the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois.[1]
Ortbal was reappointed for a four-year term that began on July 1, 2011, and was set to expire on June 30, 2015.[2] However, he retired in 2014.[3]
