Jerry Allen is a former member of the Dallas City Council in Texas, representing District 10 from 2007 to 2015.[1]
Biography
Allen holds a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from North Texas University and a post-graduate degree from the Bank Administration Institute School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.[1]
