Ted Baca was the chief judge of the Second Judicial District Court in New Mexico.[1] Baca was appointed to the court in 1998 and was last retained in 2008.[2] He retired from the bench on June 30, 2014.[3]
Education
Baca received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of New Mexico.[2]
