Edwin A. Keaton is the Division 3 judge of the Thirteenth Circuit of Arkansas. He was re-elected in 2008. He was again re-elected to the Thirteenth Circuit on May 20, 2014. He was admitted to the bar in 1977.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
