Richard D. Greenlief was a resident judge of the Eighth Circuit Court, serving in Hardin, Illinois.[1] He retired after his term expired in November 2013. Prior to his retirement, Greenlief served as chief judge for four years.[2]
Education
Greenlief earned a B.A. from Western Illinois University. He was awarded a J.D. from Southern Illinois University and admitted to the bar in 1983.[3]
