Thomas P. Agresti is a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Western District of Pennsylvania. He was appointed to the court on October 14, 2003, and his term will expire on April 4, 2032.[1]

Education

Thomas Agresti graduated from University of Pittsburgh Law School with a J.D. and Bachelors Degree.[2]

Career

Judge Agresti began his career as a law clerk for the Chief U.S. District Judge Gerald Weber. He went on to work as an assistant district attorney, a lawyer specializing in bankruptcy cases and a court-appointed trustee overseeing bankrupt businesses. Agresti also served as president of the Erie County Bar Association, where he helped found its community-service program that helps disadvantaged children.[3]
