David A. Anderson is a justice on the New Hampshire Superior Court. He was nominated on December 20, 2013 by Governor Maggie Hassan.[1] Anderson was recommended to Hassan by the Governor's Judicial Selection Committee and confirmed by the Executive Council.[2] Anderson may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]

Education

Anderson earned an undergraduate degree from Yale College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. While at Boston College, Anderson served as executive editor of the Law Review.[1]

Career

Prior to 2001, Anderson was an attorney at the Boston law firm of Foley Hoag. After law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge Melvin T. Brunetti of the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.[1]
