Eight statewide ballot measures appeared on the June 24 and November 4, 1958 ballots in North Dakota.
- Five of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- One of the measures was an initiated constitutional amendment.
- Two of the measures were an initiated state statute.
- Three of the measures were approved and five were defeated.
