Cherokee County, Texas contains two judicial districts, one county court, and one county court at law.[1]

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has jurisdiction in Cherokee County. Appeals from the Eastern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
