Washington, North Carolina: Watsi M. Sutton, Darrell B. Cayton, Jr., Sonia Privette, and Jonathan Jones are in the running to replace Samuel G. Grimes on the North Carolina 2nd Judicial District. Voters will narrow these four candidates down to two in the May 4th primary before finally deciding the winner on November 2nd.[1]
