Ballotpedia provides comprehensive election coverage of the 100 largest cities in America by population as well as mayoral, city council, and district attorney election coverage in state capitals outside of the 100 largest cities. This judge is outside of that coverage scope and does not receive scheduled updates.

He was elected to the court on November 4, 2008, and assumed office on January 1, 2009. He replaced retired Judge Michael Cherry.[1][2] He was appointed chief judge of this court for a term beginning on January 1, 2009.[3] On November 4, 2014, O'Grady was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[4]
