An Arthur Latham Park Levy Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the township of Milington, which is in Tuscola County.

This measure sought to increase the property taxes by $.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further eight years in order to help pay for maintenance and operational funds for the park district in the township.[2]
